Base pay range

The Axel Group is seeking a Project Manager to join our client's team out of Mercer County, NJ. Our client is a well know Architecture firm that has been in business for over 100 years and is continuing to grow. This person is going to be responsive for overseeing the design process, working directly with clients, and managing a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Schematic design through construction administration
• AutoCAD (required) and Revit (preferred) production
• Project setup, redlines, CDs, and 3D modeling
• Client, consultant, and internal team coordination
• Cost estimating and take‑offs
• Direct work with principals; leadership growth over time

Requirements

• 4–6+ years experience
• License optional
• Strong CD, design, and project management skills
• K–12 experience helpful but not required
