Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to take ownership of projects from concept through completion. You will also have the chance to move toward a project‑management role, working on a diverse mix of local, design‑forward projects and gaining hands‑on experience across all phases.

This is a full‑time role located in New York City with a 3/2 hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Equivalent
• 6+ years of professional experience in the architecture industry
• Revit proficiency is required
• Registered Architect preferred
• Experience with managing multiple deadlines and deliverables
• Strong communication skills, team player mentality, and ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and clients
