Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Management — Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
  • End-to-End Project Management — Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • End-to-End Project Management — Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • End-to-End Project Management — Track project milestones and proactively manage risks to ensure projects stay on course.
  • Client Relationship Management & Communication — Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met at every stage of the project.
  • Client Relationship Management & Communication — Regularly update stakeholders with project status reports, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Client Relationship Management & Communication — Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to foster long-term partnerships.

What Were Looking For
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in engineering, construction, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams to successful project completion.
  • Communication Pro: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate challenges and offer creative solutions on the fly.
  • Detail-Oriented: Precision in managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Client-Focused: A knack for building relationships and delivering projects that delight clients.
