Jobot in York County, Dillsburg is seeking a permanent Project Manager with a solid construction background to lead projects from planning to completion.

You will manage budgets, safety, risk, and coordination with inspectors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, including EV charging and telecommunications work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a BS in a construction-related field, and proven leadership abilities.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in safety compliance, budget management, risk management, job site supervision, construction estimating, telecommunications, OSP, EV charging stations, project management, budgeting, contract management, quality control, negotiation, strategic planning, team leadership, problem-solving, change management, and site management.
• Excellent knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands‑on attitude.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with construction management software.

• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines and local construction regulations are met.
• Carry out job site supervision and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage the installation of EV charging stations and telecommunications infrastructure.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in the construction industry?
