VernCo Roofing is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and exterior projects from inspection to final invoice. You will develop a personal book of business and serve as the primary contact for homeowners, crews, and the internal team.

This W-2 role combines a stable base salary with performance-based earnings, profit sharing, a company truck, fuel support, and 401(k) matching, along with leadership growth opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Sales & Client Management: Build and manage a personal book of business. Conduct property inspections, attend insurance adjuster meetings, sign customer contracts, communicate timelines, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Project Oversight: Use AccuLynx to build estimates; coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors, repairs, and final quality inspections with operations.
• Estimating & Billing: Review and refine estimates, submit accurate invoices, follow up on collections, and maintain complete billing records.
