Job summary

VernCo Roofing in Kansas City, KS seeks a results-driven Project Manager to guide residential roofing and exterior projects from inspection to final invoice as an independent contractor. You will own your book of business and act as the go-to contact for homeowners, crews, and the internal team.

You’ll perform property inspections, sign contracts, and coordinate timelines while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You'll manage your own book of business and act as the go-to contact for homeowners, crews, and the internal team.This is an independent contractor role built around autonomy, strong earning potential, and a real path toward long-term leadership.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• Earning Potential Without a Ceiling: Earn a 30% profit share on every project you manage.
• Strong Start, Built In: Begin with a $60,000 first-year commission advance plus dedicated training pay to help you get established.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Management

• Keep billing records and project documentation accurate and current.
