VernCo Roofing is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to guide residential roofing and exterior projects from inspection to final invoice. You will own your book of business and serve as the primary contact for homeowners, crews, and the internal team.

This independent contractor role offers autonomy, strong earning potential, and a path toward long-term leadership, with a 30% profit share on each project, a $60,000 first-year commission advance, and year-end bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage your own book of business.
• Perform property inspections and attend insurance adjuster meetings.
• Sign contracts and set clear expectations on project timelines.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish.
• Build accurate estimates using AccuLynx.
• Oversee roofing and exterior projects end to end.
• Coordinate crews, material deliveries, and subcontractors.
• Partner with operations on final quality inspections.
• Submit invoices and follow up on collections.
• Keep billing records and project documentation accurate and current.

Compensation: Base + Commission

• Submit invoices and follow up on collections.
• Keep billing records and project documentation accurate and current.
