Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an Agile Coach/Scrum Master in Deerfield, IL to guide cross-functional teams through agile practices. You will facilitate ceremonies, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement across engineering, product, quality, and operations groups.

Ideal candidates have Scrum certification and a track record of removing impediments, improving metrics, and coordinating dependencies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitation of planning, daily scrum, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement.
• Impediment, dependency, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with engineering, product, quality, and operations teams.
• Hands-on use of Agile lifecycle and reporting tools.
• Scrum certification preferred; retail, healthcare, or digital experience is a plus.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure clear goals, commitments, and follow-through.
• Coach the team on Scrum values, flow, self-management, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Use delivery metrics to improve predictability, quality, and cycle time.
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog readiness and outcome-focused planning.
• Promote transparency through clear reporting of risks, progress, and decisions.
• Support release planning, retrospectives, and organizational Agile maturity.
