Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Technology Project Manager to oversee multiple initiatives across product management, engineering, design, and operations. You will own schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and resourcing for 2–3 concurrent projects, guiding delivery from initiation to close and ensuring alignment with scope and timelines.

Based at Topgolf HQ in Dallas, TX, this hybrid role requires four days in the office and one day remote.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing technology projects from initiation through delivery.
• 3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects (2-3+) with competing timelines.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining project artifacts (charters, schedules, RAID logs) with minimal oversight.
• 3+ years working directly with cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority, including navigating competing priorities across teams.
• 3+ years communicating project status and risk to senior stakeholders, including directors and senior managers.
• 3+ years working within Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project artifacts (charters, plans, schedules, RAID logs, etc.) and manage 2-3 concurrent projects from initiation to close.
• Partner with stakeholders and team members across functions to clarify scope, resolve blockers, and drive decisions to closure.
• Track and communicate project status, translating day-to-day execution detail into clear risk, timeline, and health reporting for leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders, including directors and senior managers.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to translate product priorities into executable project plans, surfacing tradeoffs and sequencing conflicts early.
• Align cross-functional team members around shared priorities and hold the team accountable to commitments and deadlines.

The Project Manager in technology is responsible for overseeing and leading multiple technology projects within specified timeframe, scope, and costs.
