HealthBay is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Project Manager to oversee and execute strategic initiatives across our healthcare operations in the Baltimore area. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive project plans and budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to deliver impactful results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of healthcare project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and PMP or related certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, business or related field (Master's preferred).
• 2-5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• 3- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• 4- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
• 5- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation
• 6- Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership
• 7- Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices

Annual Salary Range:

$135,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Director of Healthcare Operations.
