Job summary

ReadyFlo Systems is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage schedules, BOMs, estimating, documentation, and customer communications across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and assembly teams.

Role requires proven project management experience in a production/engineering environment; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in production, manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven environment.
• Experience with engineered systems, fabrication, piping systems, or assembly/integration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day project activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to support efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management, engineers, drafters, technical staff, contractors, customers, and vendors throughout project execution and completion.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical, shop, and field project issues.
• Perform material takeoffs, estimating, proposal development, and creation of BOMs, as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, schedules, deliverables, and project-related concerns.
• Monitor project costs and budgets and identify potential cost or schedule impacts.
• Identify, document, and communicate changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Assembly/Integration, and other departments as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, processes, and solutions as project and customer needs evolve.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support company projects.

The position requires the management of engineered products, systems, and innovative technology solutions across a variety of industrial applications. Additional responsibilities include Bills of Materials (BOMs), estimating, project management, sales support, documentation, and other activities necessary to create and support the Company's products and services.
