Job summary

PrimaryOne Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare projects in Columbus, OH. You will oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate vendors, and drive project success from inception to completion.

Successful candidates have 3–5 years in project management within healthcare, and a bachelor’s degree in business management, healthcare administration, or related field. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demonstrated project management experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of complex parallel projects from inception to conclusion using formal project planning techniques.
• Facilitates and troubleshoots problems associated with developing complex systems or coordinating development and design projects.
• Provides highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to relevant personnel.
• Responds to inquiries about projects; provides analytics and reports when appropriate/requested.
• Leads project review sessions with technical staff, including all levels of management.
• Reviews and assesses vendor proposals related to assigned projects.
• Chairs various project teams and meetings.
• Establishes and maintains liaison with boards, committees, and commissions.
• Assists with executing short and long term goals, plans, objectives, policies and procedures.
• Performs project design for projects as needed.
• Local travel required depending on project or initiative assigned.

Successful candidates must have a minimum three to five years of demonstrated project management experience, preferably in healthcare or similar environment. Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, project management or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
