Job summary

International Erosion Control Association is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination while serving as the primary liaison to owners, architects, and vendors.

You will review contracts, change orders, and RFIs, forecast costs, and ensure safety compliance. A strong leader with exceptional communication skills will thrive in a growing regional pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Experience managing projects in the $5M-$30M+ range.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Sage, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
