Job summary

CyberCoders in Charleston, SC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help drive the delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects. You will support daily management from preconstruction through closeout and coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects on track.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of construction experience.

We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction team in Charleston, SC. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who wants to gain hands on project experience while supporting the successful delivery of high quality commercial and industrial projects.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the daily management of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects on track
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Track procurement activities and ensure materials are delivered on time
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Attend project meetings and assist with progress updates and issue resolution
• Support project safety, quality control, and overall project execution
• Help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of construction experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
