Michael Page represents an established, family-oriented construction firm seeking a Project Manager to own high-impact commercial projects in a collaborative culture that values long-term relationships. You will lead full lifecycle delivery from pre-construction through completion, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with estimating, field staff and leadership.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining safety, quality, and strong

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and delivery methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
