Job summary

Engtal is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Chicago-area general contractor. The role focuses on leading commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, with accountability for budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials.

You will coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications, while guiding meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Experience on Chicagoland projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
