Leadmark Group in Clearwater, FL, seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial projects from design development through construction. This hands-on role involves direct client interaction and guiding a close-knit architectural team on retail, corporate office, and industrial projects across the Southeast.

You will manage production schedules, coordinate consultants, and oversee construction documents while ensuring quality and design intent through project completion.

Formación

• 5–10 years of architectural project management experience.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and experience with commercial construction documents.
• Experience managing clients, coordinating engineering consultants, and leading project teams.
• Architecture degree; licensure preferred but not required.
• Revit experience is a plus.

I’m recruiting for an established architecture firm seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial projects from the completion of design development through construction. The firm’s work includes retail, corporate office, and industrial projects throughout the Southeast.

This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of projects, work directly with clients, and help guide a close-knit architectural team.

What you’ll do:
