As a Project Manager, you'll lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction, coordinating internal teams and collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.

• Lead the execution of structural engineering projects, balancing technical excellence, schedule, and client expectations.
• Organize and direct project teams through analysis, design, detailing, documentation, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients and project partners to understand goals, solve problems, and deliver practical solutions.
• Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and structural systems.
• Mentor and oversee the work of engineers and designers, helping them grow professionally and technically.
• Contribute to the development of company standards, technical resources, and lessons learned.
• Build expertise in areas that interest you and become a trusted resource within the firm.
