We'd love to hear from you.Desired Education and/or ExperienceAt a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. Master's Degree in Structural Engineering strongly preferredAt least 5 years of experience in the structural design of buildingsCurrent Professional Engineer License (structural engineering) in TexasSkills, Abilities & QualificationsStrong knowledge and understanding of fundamental engineering principles, structural behavior, and design of structural materials.Good teammate, considerate, respectful, and supportiveStrong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skillsStrong organizational skillsSelf-motivated and willing attitudeTenacity to see a project or assignment through to completion with a high degree of quality.Ability to effectively process and present complex information to both internal and external groupsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesProject team leadershipTravelMay require occasional travel
