Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time role. The position is open to independent visa holders and requires strong delivery leadership.

You will own end-to-end technology project lifecycles, coordinate delivery across multiple teams, manage risks and dependencies, and report progress to leadership. Proficiency in MS Excel, budgeting, and change control is valued.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Lead to own end-to-end project lifecycle accountability to deliver the right technology solution while following Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, controlling and closing the technology components and deliverables within project.
• Lead and deliver technology solutions with quality, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery of technology solution; plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple technology teams.
• Facilitates dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
• Promotes and facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline; articulate clear updates and critical path; gather and facilitate project updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to deliver, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensures execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders; identify emerging risks/issues, elevate as needed, and identify critical path to resolve.
• Execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments.
• Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and maintain evidence and systems for record for change.
• Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.
• Strong MS Excel skills to ensure cost reconciled with other systems of record.
