Job summary

Honour Consulting Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from conception through completion.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ground-up developments and has worked in light industrial, retail, hospitality, municipal, or educational markets. You will oversee project phases, bid and negotiate subcontractor contracts, and manage the project team, safety, and schedule to meet targets and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction on ground-up projects.
• Experience with light industrial, retail, hospitality, municipal or educational sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to manage safety and scheduling.
• Experience in subcontractor bidding and contract negotiations.
• Strong communication with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Ideal candidate has worked on a ground up project in the light industrial, retail, hospitality, municipal or educational market sectors.

This position requires previous commercial construction experience.

• Duties include the following as it pertains to managing a commercial construction project:
