Job summary

• Experience with PEMB, concrete construction, or commercial carpentry preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and planning.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams across PEMB, concrete, and carpentry trades.
• Monitor jobsite progress, procurement activities, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and schedules.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to clients and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Support field supervisors in resolving project challenges and maintaining timelines.

About The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and oversee commercial construction projects involving pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), concrete construction, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction operations and the ability to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
