Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in data center construction and mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will manage complex projects, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, along with vendor procurement experience, will support effective planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in data center or other mission-critical construction environments.
• Experience with vendor procurement and purchasing & sourcing (P&S) within a corporate procurement environment.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional responsibilities.

Job description

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in data center or other mission-critical construction environments
• Working knowledge of data center MEP systems, including switchgear, UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, BMS, and physical security
• Direct experience managing vendor procurement and purchasing & sourcing (P&S) within a corporate procurement environment.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools. PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional responsibilities.
