Beacon Hill Technologies seeks a Construction Project Manager (CSA / MEP) for an Austin, TX project. This onsite role oversees electrical infrastructure, process utilities, and equipment installs for semiconductor facilities.

You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, and quality across multiple contractors, report progress, and ensure milestones are met on a long-term expansion program. Relocation assistance available.

Formación

Construction Project Manager (CSA / MEP) - Austin, TX OR Open to Relocation

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through turnover
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders
• Lead construction meetings and provide project status updates
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track project milestones and proactively resolve schedule and execution risks
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Construction Project Management experience supporting semiconductor facilities
• Experience managing large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Experience managing multiple contractors and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor fabs, clean rooms, or advanced manufacturing facilities
• Experience managing MEP, CSA, Electrical, or Process Utility scopes
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Schedule & Compensation

• Approximately 6 x 10-hour shifts per week (60+ hours/week)
• Team provides 24/7 project support, including nights and weekends
• 1.5x overtime pay after 40 hours
• Significant overtime available throughout the project
• Long-term project supporting a major semiconductor facility expansion

• 100% ONSITE Austin, TX
