Job summary

Third & Arch is seeking a tech-savvy Digital Project Manager to lead branding and website design projects from inception to completion. The role requires 2–3 years of agency experience, strong WordPress and web tech knowledge, and exceptional client communication in a remote setting.

You will manage multiple projects, track budgets and timelines, and collaborate with a distributed team to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a web design or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and CMS (WordPress).
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and client service skills throughout project lifecycles.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance, SEO basics, and remote team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in defining a project approach to suit client needs.
• Create and execute project plans and revise them as requirements change.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify risks and proactively address impacts.
• Prioritize and track progress across multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task execution.
• Participate in revenue and resource forecasting.
• Assist with testing and QA to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

We’re Looking for a tech-savvy Project Manager

Third & Arch is looking for a tech-savvy Project Manager who’s comfortable wearing many hats, juggling multiple projects, and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Think you’ve got what it takes? Read on.

The Digital Project Manager will have at least 2-3 years of relevant agency experience and be primarily responsible for managing branding and website design & development projects from inception through completion. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly motivated, passionate, and ready to hit the ground running. Please, let’s respect each other’s time. If you do not have relevant experience managing projects at a branding, web design, and/or marketing agency, please DO NOT APPLY. You will not be considered for this position and it’s a waste of time and effort for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project team in defining a project approach that best suits our clients’ needs
• Create and execute project plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects and scope including project budgets and timelines
• Identify risks and resolve them pro-actively with consideration for short and long term project impact
• Prioritize and track the progress of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status
• Manage day-to-day client interaction, including setting and managing client expectations and documenting client meetings
• Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks
• Participate in revenue and resource forecasting
• Assist with testing & QA to ensure all deliverables meet the project requirements and are free of errors

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a web design or digital agency environment
• Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms (WordPress), and typical website functionality
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and client service skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• A good knowledge of the latest trends in the tech industry, including regulations (i.e. ADA Compliance)
• Ability to work well within a remote team environment
• An understanding of basic SEO principles
• Ability to track budgets, timelines, and deadlines
• Ability to keep an open mind when listening to feedback
• Completely at home on a Mac and proficient with a variety of tools and apps (Slack, Google, Asana, Team Gantt, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or public relations

Third & Arch is a remote company and we are accepting applicants nationwide. As our team works from home offices, relocation is not necessary. Must be a US Citizen based in the United States. This is a full‑time position but we will accept applications from contractors seeking a temp‑to‑perm arrangement.
