Protouch Staffing in Maryland is seeking an experienced Project Manager for architectural millwork to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and on-site teams. You will drive project delivery from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with design specs.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in architectural millwork, solid knowledge of construction methods and drawings, and proficiency with Innergy ERP and project management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural millwork industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and millwork fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures based on project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to prevent overruns.
• Procure and coordinate personnel, subcontractors, architects, engineers, on-site crews, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct regular construction site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain project quality standards.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and communicate compliance requirements, including First Source, O/CIP, COI, and wage scale requirements.
• Coordinate communication among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular project updates and resolve technical and logistical issues.
• Identify project risks, including safety hazards, material shortages, and weather delays, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure project closeout documents are prepared and submitted on time.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors and manage contractual obligations and change orders.
• Monitor project performance against key performance indicators, including on-time completion, project contribution margin, quality of information released to production, and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural millwork industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural drawings, and millwork fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in project management software, Innergy ERP, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
