Job summary

Beams Custom Woodworking & Cabinetry in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural millwork projects from scope through installation. You will coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to meet specifications and schedule, review drawings for accuracy, and manage budgets and progress reports.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of millwork materials, joinery techniques, and wood species.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with AWI standards and commercial millwork projects is a plus.
