We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our innovative Engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of engineering projects, including office buildings, mixed-use properties, plazas, and outdoor areas. The role entails driving the project from inception to completion, focusing on renovation, repositioning, and exterior and interior transformations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D rendering and construction management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing architectural visions to life.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple engineering projects from inception to completion, focusing on commercial and mixed-use properties.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with a team of engineers, architects, and contractors, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
• Use advanced tools such as Adobe, Sketchup, and 3D Rendering to create and present design plans and concepts.
• Oversee the renovation and repositioning of properties, including office buildings, plazas, and outdoor areas.
• Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with all regulations and codes.
• Conduct risk management processes to minimize project risks and potential issues.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering industry, with a focus on commercial projects and tenant improvements (TI).
• Proven experience with Adobe, Sketchup, and 3D Rendering.
• Solid understanding and experience with renovation, repositioning, and exterior and interior transformations of properties.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Experience in managing project budgets and resources.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in project management software tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
