Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead engineering projects from inception to completion, focusing on office buildings, mixed-use properties, plazas, and outdoor spaces.

You will drive renovations and transformations with a strong emphasis on 3D rendering, coordination among engineers, architects, and contractors, and rigorous budget control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the engineering industry, esp. commercial projects and TI.
• Proven experience with Adobe, Sketchup, and 3D Rendering.
• Strong knowledge of renovation, repositioning, and exterior/interior transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors for efficient collaboration.
• Use Adobe, Sketchup, and 3D Rendering to create and present design plans.
• Oversee renovation and repositioning of properties including office buildings, plazas, and outdoor areas.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulations and codes.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and issues.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D rendering and construction management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing architectural visions to life.

• Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Experience in managing project budgets and resources.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in project management software tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
