Wood Construction Lumber Job Search is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial, residential and architectural millwork projects in Florida. You will lead a team, coordinate foremen, estimators, installers and support staff, manage budgets, resources and timelines, and present to clients with professionalism.

The role requires reading architectural drawings, proficiency in MS Office, PDF markup, and the ability to generate reports; CAD knowledge and estimating experience

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cabinetry or woodworking industry.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF markup and reporting.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Experience leading teams including foremen, estimators, installers.
• US citizen or permanent resident; visa status permitting work in the USA.

Project Manager of Commercial/Residential/Architectural Millwork

Location: FL

Job Description:

The PM is assigned a portfolio of projects and is the primary party responsible for planning, resourcing, billing, tracking and closing out each project on time and within established budgets.

Successful candidate will have the ability to lead and manage a team, coordinate the efforts of all members to include foremen, craftsmen, estimators, installers, accounting staff, logistics and outside vendors.

Will have close ties and must be able to present themselves professionally to company clients.

Eligibility Requirements

Knowledge of commercial cabinetry.

Must be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and PDF markup and editing and be able to generate reports.

Able to determine, manage, and schedule while remaining focused and knowledgeable in respect to each job.

Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Able to foresee potential problems and offer clear and concise methods to eliminate and correct.

Able to relay information to subordinates and discuss project with clients while maintaining company professionalism.

Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skill.

Able to read architectural drawings and blue prints.

CAD software engineering understanding is a plus.

Estimating experience also a bonus.

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident of USA or have visa status permitting them to work in the USA.
• Must have applicable experience in the Woodworking Industry.

Job Salary:

$70K to $100K+ (pending experience)
