Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants seeks a Project Manager with 6+ years' experience to lead a Tier 1 main contractor on a power project in Wicklow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in large-scale power or energy infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning pre-construction through project completion.

Qualifications

• Civil/Construction Engineering degree required.
• 5+ years' experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communication.
• Self-motivated to deliver on safety, quality and programme.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Full driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the project from pre-construction through to completion.
• Reading and interpreting drawings for layouts, materials and measurements.
• Management of subcontractors and site teams.
• Plan works to meet programme targets efficiently.
• Liaise with client's representatives and Design Team members.

Project Manager Project Manager with 6+ years' experience required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a power project in Wicklow. Our client is ideally looking for a Project Manager with experience on large-scale power or energy infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the project from pre-construction through to completion
• Reading & interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc.
• Management of subcontractors/site teams
• Planning works in an efficient manner to ensure programme targets are achieved
• Liaise with client's representatives/Design Team members as appropriate
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality standards
• Ordering and control of materials on site.
