Clerk of Works with proven experience in residential projects is sought by a leading developer to work on a prestigious large-scale housing project in North Dublin. Requirements

• The successful candidate should possess a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or hold an equivalent professional qualification OR;
• Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in the delivery of residential projects in Ireland, working as either a Project Manager or General Foreman, with a track record of ensuring high-quality outcomes.
