Job summary

Foundation Personnel Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electric transmission, distribution and substation construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will lead diverse field teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive profitability. The role requires 4-7 years of project or construction management experience in utility construction, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of project or construction management experience within utility construction.
• Experience with transmission, distribution and/or substation projects.
• Knowledge of utility construction practices and project financial management.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in unionised environments (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field (preferred).
