Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the building of transmission lines, substations, and related electrical infrastructure. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget control, and compliance with client and regulatory standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of utility, electrical, transmission, or substation construction experience.
• 4+ years of construction management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing transmission and/or substation projects.
• Knowledge of utility construction practices, electrical systems, and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
