Job summary

Foundation Personnel Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electric transmission, distribution and substation construction projects. You will ensure delivery is safe, on schedule and within budget while coordinating with clients, field teams and subcontractors.

The role requires 4-7 years in utility construction PM, with strong knowledge of transmission, distribution and substation projects; union experience is a plus. Travel across a regional territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of project or construction management experience within utility construction.
• Strong experience with transmission, distribution and/or substation projects.
• Knowledge of utility construction practices and project financial management.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working within unionised environments preferred.
