Job summary

Vision Square INC. is seeking a Senior Consultant v2 to drive the Medicaid Systems Implementation as a Project Manager in Boise, Idaho.

The role is hybrid, with a structured schedule and a defined contract window through December 2027. You will lead end-to-end MMIS module implementations, coordinate vendors and government teams, and ensure data migration and go-live readiness while aligning with analytics, EDW, and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in healthcare technology or state government.
• 5+ years of change management, training coordination, and rollout communications.
• 5+ years of legacy system migration and data conversion.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
• Experience gathering requirements and prioritizing data aggregation, analytics, and reporting activities.

• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and project communications.
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
• Contract Duration: October 26, 2026 - December 3, 2027
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day

• Coordinate multiple vendors, project managers, and government teams.
• Oversee legacy system migration, data conversion, implementation planning, and go-live activities.
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), analytics, and reporting requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and project communications.
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
