Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, coordinating the team, subs, and suppliers to achieve quality, on-time delivery, and within budget. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and rigorous project control in both residential and commercial builds.

Responsibilities include planning, subcontractor management, budget control, documentation, scheduling, and QA/QC, with regular project meetings to maintain alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project management construction experience.
• Ground up build experience.
• Residential or commercial construction experience.
• $2M+ project experience.
• Procore proficiency.
• Microsoft Projects proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects from kickoff to handover with clear milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors and supplier agreements.
• Create and manage project budgets and buyouts.
• Prepare and track purchase orders and insurance certificates.
• Develop and monitor project schedules to meet milestones.
• Review shop drawings, change orders, and submittals.
• Interface with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure quality.
• Ensure QA/QC throughout the build.
• Lead daily and weekly project meetings for unified communication.

Overview

The Project Manager with lead the entire life cycle of assigned projects, providing leadership to the Project Superintendent, subs, and suppliers and ensuring a quality and timely construction process.

Day to Day

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year

• Job planning
• Subcontractor selection & agreements
• Budget creation and control
• Handled all project documentation: Buy Outs, Purchase Orders, Insurance Certifications, bonds, etc
• Create project schedule & ensure milestones are met
• Review & process shop drawings, change orders, submittals
• Work with project owners, architects, subcontractors, etc
• Ensure quality assurance and control
• Lead daily and weekly project meetings to ensure uniform communication across team
