Project Manager — High-End Residential Construction

Katz Construction Inc. is a Los Angeles general contractor specializing in custom residential construction and architectural millwork. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead 2–3 high-end residential projects from pre-construction through final completion.

Beverly Hills | Projects throughout Greater Los Angeles | Full-time, on-site

$65,000–$100,000 annually + performance-based bonuses

The Role:

Own the work from start to finish: schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, procurement, field execution, and client communication. You’ll protect the details, anticipate issues before they affect the schedule, and help turn ambitious designs into beautifully executed homes.

You’ll work closely with clients, architects, and designers; coordinate inspections and permitting milestones; and manage material lead times, deliveries, site access, and trade sequencing. Clear documentation and proactive communication will be essential to keeping each project moving.

Qualifications:

• Proven construction project management experience; high-end residential construction or remodeling experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience developing schedules, managing budgets and change orders, preparing RFPs, coordinating RFIs and submittals, and maintaining project documentation.
• Experience coordinating trades and inspections, tracking permits and approvals, and managing procurement and deliveries.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A sharp eye for craftsmanship, finishes, and quality, with the ability to hold trade partners accountable.
