You will own schedules, budgets, procurement, field execution, and client communication to deliver beautifully crafted homes. You’ll work closely with clients, architects, and designers; coordinate inspections and permitting milestones; and manage material lead times, deliveries, site access, and trade sequencing with clear

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in high-end residential construction or remodeling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience developing schedules, managing budgets and change orders, coordinating RFIs and submittals.
• Experience coordinating trades and inspections, tracking permits and approvals.

• Own the work from start to finish: schedules, budgets, procurement, field execution, and client communication.
