Job summary

Intellectt Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead design development and ensure alignment with objectives and design standards. You will serve as the main interface between stakeholders and design-build teams.

You will review and coordinate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, process utilities, RO/DI water, labs), manage permitting, and drive value engineering while maintaining functionality and quality in occupied facilities.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of Construction Project Management.
• MEP coordination – HVAC, Electrical, Process Utilities, RO/DI.
• Laboratory / R&D / technically complex facilities.
• Project budgeting, forecasting & cost control.
• Onsite construction leadership.
• Commissioning, closeout & handover.
• Experience working in occupied/active buildings.
