About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to support the delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical construction programs.
This role will lead the coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and commissioning activities across highly technical environments. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing MEP scopes on complex infrastructure projects while working closely with project teams, trade partners, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and commissioning activities
- Facilitate collaboration between project teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders
- Drive MEP coordination meetings and resolve technical integration challenges
- Support project schedules, sequencing plans, and milestone achievement
- Review drawings, specifications, BIM models, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
- Coordinate startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities
- Monitor project risks and support mitigation planning
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices
- Support successful handoff of critical infrastructure systems
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience supporting large commercial, infrastructure, mission-critical, engineering, or industrial projects
- Experience coordinating multiple MEP disciplines across complex construction programs
- Background supporting projects such as:
- Data Centers
- Mission-Critical Facilities
- Semiconductor Facilities
- Advanced Manufacturing Facilities
- Utility Infrastructure Programs
- Working knowledge of commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover processes
- Experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction documentation
- Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination processes
- Understanding of project scheduling and critical path activities
- Experience using Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Data center or mission-critical project experience
- Familiarity with Tier III and Tier IV environments
- Knowledge of integrated systems testing (IST) and mission-critical commissioning processes
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
