Interview process: Webcam and/or in-person

Project Scope:

1. Provide day-to-day project management support.
2. Create and publish project documentation, including status reports, schedules, plans, risks, and issues.
3. Plan resource utilization.
4. Meet with management and users to understand project goals and milestones.
5. Track milestones and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Maintain detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation.
7. Act as liaison for OTS and in-scope agencies.
8. Create end-user documentation and training as needed.
9. Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to OTS and DPS-LSP staff.

Mandatory expertise and experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience.

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Experience with CJIS and law enforcement technology projects.
• Project management experience with the State of Louisiana.
• PMP certification.
• SCRUM Master certification.
• Managing large-scale projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
