POWER Engineers, a member of WSP, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Power Delivery Program Management team. This remote position involves managing Transmission and Distribution projects, with potential travel to client and regional offices. Preferred locations include Baton Rouge, LA, Lake Charles, LA, Houston, TX, and Beaumont, TX.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning from initiation through close-out for multiple projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, including vendors and contractors.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and serve as the primary project authority.
• Track metrics, report to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with POWER staff, management, and clients.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of project and program management experience.
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with financial analysis tools in a utility setting.

Desired Education/Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience in the Electric Utility/Power Delivery market.
• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of regional utilities in the respective region.
