Job Description:

Our Customer Strategy Operations (CSO) team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to engage, own, and drive global cross-functional projects that transform our customer experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in analytics and eager to tackle both large and small problems, working with the team to drive improvements using data and metrics.

You will leverage your Project Management background (Hybrid Agile and Predictive) to collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business, developing a deep understanding of our operations. This knowledge will enable you to lead projects that help us achieve our strategic goals and objectives.

You will report to the PMO Manager. The team operates in a highly collaborative, fully virtual environment, working closely with cross-functional partners to achieve our initiatives. You will interact with roles across the organization, from individual contributors to senior leadership.

The primary value of the CSO Project Manager is managing large-scale projects and programs aligned with GCO’s strategic objectives, as well as overseeing our Portfolio to ensure proper resource allocation and manage interdependencies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and manage plans for moving projects, initiatives, and technical operations solutions to final implementation and hand-off, prioritizing for maximum impact.
  2. Assemble and coordinate internal, extended, and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables aligned with project objectives.
  3. Adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes, and communication standards for operations teams and stakeholders.
  4. Manage formulation and ongoing tracking of multiple projects, working closely with Program Managers where applicable.
  5. Develop project reporting and governance structures, meeting cadences, and review guidelines to ensure successful project implementation.
  6. Proactively manage scope changes, identify risks, and devise contingency plans.
  7. Own communication and execution of project/initiative hand-overs at key milestones.
  8. Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience with Agile and Predictive methodologies, preferably in a customer support environment within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • Strong skills in prioritizing and managing multiple strategic projects, with operational experience translating into strategic business impact.
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and experience influencing stakeholders across large, complex organizations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, helping stakeholders drive decisions and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fully virtual setting, managing remote stakeholders and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, written, and verbal communication skills.
