Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Project Manager to oversee compliance, accounting, and finance processes, track billing cycles, support SOW and contract management, and ensure timely invoicing and payments. You will be a key liaison between the finance, operations, and project teams ensuring smooth financial execution and reporting.

Team Environment

In this role, the work is dynamic and requires a collaborative attitude. While you will have specific duties, the entire team is responsible for final delivery, which may involve taking on additional tasks outside your primary responsibilities. Adaptability and willingness to contribute wherever needed are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing & Revenue Management: Prepare and submit accurate monthly invoices, track invoice status, ensure timely payments, reconcile received amounts, coordinate with project managers, and work with bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
  • Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: Manage payments to subcontractors and staffing vendors, maintain payment schedules and vendor contract compliance, verify hours and deliverables before disbursing funds.
  • SOW and Contract Support: Assist in drafting, updating, and tracking Statements of Work (SOWs), maintain a library of contracts, monitor renewal dates, and manage approval processes.
  • Financial Reporting & Budget Tracking: Track project budgets, expenses, and profitability; generate financial reports; flag anomalies or overspending.
  • Operational and Compliance Tasks: Maintain organized records, support audit preparation, ensure compliance with policies, and align with legal and tax requirements.
