What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and support a team of video shoppers to ensure successful project completion
- Schedule work orders, prepare statements of work (SOWs), and resolve any scheduling issues
- Monitor shopper progress and manage contractor relationships, including onboarding new shoppers
- Approve invoices and manage shopper fees effectively
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to achieve overall team success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience leading field-based or remote teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling, project management, or contractor management
- Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a project management role or similar position
- Familiarity with video shopping or related fields
