Qualifications

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Foundation (or similar ERP), MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Review project contracts, drawings, and specifications; Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Execution & Oversight: Coordinate with field teams and internal departments to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
• Budget & Documentation: Prepare and track cost estimates, change orders, and invoicing.
• Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for general contractors and clients; conduct regular project meetings and provide updates.

Job Title: Project Manager

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, materials, and communication with general contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination
  • Review project contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and internal departments.
• Execution & Oversight
  • Coordinate with field teams and internal departments to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and communicate issues quickly, document resolutions.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to monitor and track key material orders and deliveries.
• Budget & Documentation
  • Prepare and track cost estimates, change orders, and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and logs.
  • Monitor job costs against budget and forecast future costs.
• Communication & Relationship Management
  • Serve as a point of contact for general contractors and clients.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
