Qualifications

• 3–8 years in technical project/program/product operations roles.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and release processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

The Project Manager coordinates complex technology initiatives across engineering, product, design, security, and operations. The role turns technical goals into executable plans, aligning dependencies, milestones, owners, and delivery risks across software, cloud infrastructure, and data-platform work.

You will keep programs moving from discovery through launch by establishing operating cadence, clarifying decisions, and making progress visible. The work matters because reliable execution is essential to shipping secure, scalable products without losing control of scope, quality, or timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans in Jira, Linear, or similar tools, including milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical-path risks
• Lead cross-functional delivery for software, cloud infrastructure, API, data, and platform initiatives from requirements through production release
• Run weekly status reviews, standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives; document decisions, action items, and escalation paths
• Partner with engineering and product leads to manage scope, prioritize tradeoffs, and resolve blockers affecting delivery timelines
• Track delivery metrics such as cycle time, milestone health, defect trends, release readiness, and resource capacity
• Coordinate launch readiness across QA, security, DevOps, technical writing, support, and customer-facing teams
• Create concise executive updates that surface progress, risks, dependencies, budget or capacity constraints, and recommended actions

What We Are Looking For

• 3-8 years of experience in technical project management, program management, product operations, or a related role in a technology organization
• Experience delivering software, cloud, infrastructure, data, or cybersecurity projects with engineering and product teams
• Hands-on proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, Slack, or equivalent platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, software development lifecycles, release management, and technical dependency tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear decisions and business impact
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification; experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD workflows, SQL, data platforms, or regulated environments
