Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, IT, and business operations. You will establish operating rhythms, manage dependencies, surface risks, and turn ambiguous priorities into executable plans.

You will oversee milestones for APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, coordinate releases, and measure delivery outcomes to improve platform reliability and velocity.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in technical program management, project management, operations, or a related cross-functional role.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology programs involving software engineering, cloud platforms, infrastructure, data, or enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, Asana, Smartsheet, Slack, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery practices, release management, dependencies, and technical risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear decisions and updates for executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience accepted
• Bonus: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with APIs, CI/CD, data platforms, security programs, SQL, and program-management certifications such as PMP or PgMP

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs spanning engineering, product, security, IT, and business stakeholders
• Build and maintain program plans, roadmaps, dependency maps, RAID logs, and executive status reports in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
• Coordinate software releases, cloud migrations, systems integrations, and process-improvement initiatives through planning, execution, and post-launch review
• Define milestones, success metrics, ownership, and governance for programs involving APIs, data pipelines, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure
• Identify delivery risks and cross-team blockers early; drive mitigation plans and elevate decisions with clear business and technical context
• Establish recurring operating cadences, including standups, working sessions, steering committees, and quarterly planning reviews
• Measure program performance using delivery, quality, reliability, and adoption metrics; recommend process changes based on results
