Job summary

Peachtree Decks and Porches in North Atlanta builds premium outdoor living spaces for homes investing $75,000-$150,000+. The Project Manager is the face of that experience—from contract signing to final walkthrough. You own the schedule, the margin, the client relationship, and the outcome. You report directly to ownership.

Qualifications

• Residential construction project management experience required.
• JobTread experience strongly preferred.
• Numbers-oriented with budget tracking and margin analysis.
• Proactive communicator who owns problems without being asked.
• Embraces technology and AI in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing representative from contract signing through final walkthrough.
• Own full project production — schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement.
• Operate JobTread at full depth and improve processes to raise efficiency and client experience.
• Build and maintain KPI tracking systems for real-time project visibility.
• Communicate proactively with clients at every phase and provide updates without prompting.
• Leverage AI tools to sharpen reporting and reduce administrative drag.
• Close every project completely — punch list done, documentation closed, 5-star review earned.

• Operate JobTread at full depth and actively improve our processes to raise efficiency and client experience
• Build and maintain KPI tracking systems that give ownership real-time visibility into project performance
• Communicate proactively with clients at every phase — they never have to ask for an update
• Leverage AI tools to sharpen reporting and eliminate administrative drag
• Close every project completely — punch list done, documentation closed, 5-star review earned
